Web callback.
Remember the callback services via the plain old fixed phone lines? The user having to painstakingly and correctly enter a very looooong string of digits to make it all work?
At CorDialTech, we have designed a web-based self-service interface for your callback customers. Today, the web is the central place for looking up the most modern, convenient and inexpensive telecommunications services.
Procedure
The customer enters (1) the source number, (2) the destination number. (This can be done also via a speed-dial/shortcut number).
The authentication of the customer is by PIN, or when they log on to the Web callback system with their username and password.
While logged on, your customer will be able to access a lot of useful information from you: rate sheets, calling advice and special offers, creation and maintenance of personal phonebooks, speed-dial numbers, shortcuts and preferences.
