For example, telephony service is administrated and staff access rights are managed via more than 30 forms. The principal person can control every aspect and delegate some of the rights to the employees thus making them responsible for technical and financial matters (numbering, rate sheets, etc.).

Monitoring and logging of system errors and employee actions are especially useful. CorDialTech's software will be able to detect potential fraud on the part of the telephone users and send instant alerts to the administrators at the service provider company.

From the very start, CorDialCall was designed to include monitoring of QoS and ASR (answer success rate).
There is also very reliable CDR storage in real-time in an array of redundant systems. The accumulated data is synchronised at scheduled times or by the administrator's command.
The data may be exported to CSV/Excel files, e.g., when a thorough analysis or a mutual validation of several operators' records is needed.

Real-time billing for prepaid (debit) users. The system checks the user's account balance before authorizing the call and always terminates the call on zero credit.
With our billing platform, you can view and download Call Detail Records (CDRs) in real time. Your posted CDRs provide all the details you need: call timestamp, duration, call leg properties, termination cause, callee, caller, ASR and QoS.
